You can see which model of phone or tablet you have when you (re)start the phone or tablet on some phones and tablets. Otherwise, you can always find the type in the settings. Don't know how to do that, or are you afraid of disrupting the phone or tablet and is there no one around to help you? Call us during customer service opening hours (Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00, and Sunday from 9:00 to 19:00), and we will be happy to help you! Of course, you can also fill in the contact form at your leisure and in peace, which is always available 24 hours a day.
To know which charger is suitable for your phone or tablet, you will first need to know what type of connection the device has. You can find the different types of connections in the overview below. PLEASE NOTE: this is about the connection of the PHONE, NOT the connection of the charger!

We also find it very annoying that your order has not (yet) been delivered and will do everything we can to solve this. Please send us an email (info@jpr-webshop.nl)(mailto:info@jpr-webshop.nl) or fill in the customer contact form (jpr-webshop.nl/contact)(http://jpr-webshop.nl/contact), then we will immediately investigate what caused the delay.
It is possible that the product you receive has a slightly different colour and/or shape than the one shown in the photo in the webshop. If you have specifically chosen a certain product colour and that product is not in stock due to circumstances, we will of course first discuss with you whether that is okay. Example: you order a black charging cable and there is only a white version of that type in stock, we offer you the option to wait until the colour you initially chose is back in stock. Or you agree to the delivery of a different colour because you do not want to wait, that is of course also possible.
We also find it very annoying that the product purchased from us is defective and will, as far as possible of course, do everything we can to solve this. To keep the prices of products in our webshop as low as possible, we no longer reimburse product returns; therefore, the return shipment of your product to JPR-Webshop is at your own expense. We were frequently receiving orders for items where it was unclear in advance whether they were the correct or suitable items. Essentially, a bit of a 'gamble'. However, due to these 'gamble' orders, we had to raise our prices, meaning that the rest of our customers had to pay more for their products than necessary. We felt this was unfair, hence this measure. Unstamped shipments will therefore not be accepted, let alone registered by us as 'received'. You are also responsible for properly packaging the product and are liable for damage and/or loss during transport to JPR-Webshop. Thanks to the measures taken, we can keep prices low; we count on your understanding.
