IP values
IP ( International Protection ) is a value that indicates the degree of protection class against water and dust. The IP value consists of two digits. The first digit describes protection against objects and contact. The second digit describes the resistance to water and moisture, as shown below.

A bathroom can be divided into different zones. These zones indicate the minimum requirements that electrical equipment must meet. If you want to install the electrical wiring in the bathroom yourself, there are a number of rules you need to take into account.
